Are pets allowed. No. And that does include small dogs and cats. No pets.

Is parking included? Yes, per the lease agreement.

What utilities are included? None, you pay water, sewer, electric, gas, cable/internet.

Is renter’s insurance required. No, but is always highly recommended.

When is rent due? On the first of each month of the lease term.

When is the security deposit due? It is included with the signed lease and is equal to one month’s rent.

Can the security deposit be used for the last month’s rent? No. The security deposit will be returned to tenant within 30 days of the last of the lease less and damages or fees.
